A typical Sunday

What happens at church?

Our Sundays are set aside as a time for all generations to come together to celebrate and grow as we glorify God. You play an important role as you share words of praise, gratitude, prayer concerns, and thoughtful reflection.

The Basics

Our worship service starts at 10:30. It’s good to snag a cup of coffee and a bulletin before coming into the worship area.

Prayer & Song

During the service there’s a reading or two, some songs are sung. Words for songs and readings are projected on the screen so you can join in.

Kids’ Message

We typically include a short message designed specifically for the kids before allowing them to break off for a special learning time at “Children’s Church.”

The Message

Someone, usually pastor Cory, guides us in a time of reflection and response to a passage from the Bible. We seek to find a balance between our own burning questions and the questions presented in the Bible itself. Above all, we rejoice in what Christ has done for us.

Response

We typically close with a song and a prayer, committing ourselves to once more enter the world with the grace and peace of Jesus.

Community Time

People tend to linger afterward to catch up over light refreshments and make new friends. We also invite people to share written praises and prayer requests through the connection cards included in bulletins so that we can join together in prayer through the week.
